A Career Built on Curiosity, Vision, and Drive

I didn’t set out to work in automotive software. I got here by asking a lot of questions, solving real dealership challenges, and following a passion for innovation. I co-founded IMS early in my career, which eventually led to leadership roles at Who’s Calling and later VinSolutions, where I had the opportunity to help grow the company by over 678%. That success led to our acquisition by AutoTrader, and it was one of the most exciting chapters of my career.

Today, I’m proud to serve as the CEO and Co-Founder of Dealer Teamwork, a company I helped build to bring real-time, patented technology to dealers who need smarter, faster, and more measurable results. Every step of the way, I’ve focused on aligning great people with great solutions — and that’s what continues to drive me every day.. It’s the kind of solution I’m proud to stand behind and share with others across the industry.

While I love talking strategy and growth, I’m just as passionate about mentoring others, supporting my team, and giving back to the industry that’s given me so much. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at dozens of conferences, contributing to top automotive publications, and serving as a founding member of many industry boards and councils — all with the goal of helping dealerships thrive.

I believe leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about lifting others up, sharing what you know, and learning something new every single day.

Born in New York, I grew up in Minnesota’s Twin Cities, and today, I’m lucky to call Minneapolis home. My wife and I have raised three incredible kids here. And when I’m not working or traveling, you’ll find me coaching youth sports, fundraising for organizations like Merrick Inc., or spending time with the people who matter most.

I believe that:
