Anissa brings over 25+ years of sales and leadership experience, with most of those years within the automotive marketing and automotive technology ecosystem. She’s been instrumental in the driving growth at prominent companies such as Who’s Calling, VinSolutions, Cox Automotive, AutoAlert, and most recently at 3 Birds Marketing as Vice President of Sales and a member of the senior executive management team.
Anissa worked in dealerships throughout high school & college, eventually pursuing automotive lending, running branches & territories for over 11 years with companies such as Triad Financial. When common sense lending fell by the waist side, she chose to step back into management in Atlanta with an automotive group.
While working through every aspect of the stores, Anissa’s constant desire was to find better ways to manage the day-to-day challenges. Researching this led her to automotive SAAS companies. Like many at Dealer Teamwork, Anissa’s time on both sides of the desk has allowed her to connect and provide resolutions needed to drive success. By design, she never offered the same solution twice throughout her career, solving another set of disparate challenges at every company. So naturally, Anissa is drawn to seek, learn and show others–which has allowed her to continue to be a student of this business, and with every relationship formed, she has learned something valuable.
When looking at the next steps for continued growth, Dealer Teamwork, for many reasons, seemed as natural of a choice as any choice Anissa has made thus far. First, she believes companies should offer best in class or first-in-class, but never be a “me too” company. Anissa’s shorthand form in business has always lent success; helping dealers meet & exceed their business objectives makes the next step exciting. A constant theme of Anissa’s throughout career has been, “If our clients are successful, we’ll be successful.”
Anissa lives in North Georgia on 42 acres with her husband of 13 years, Phillip. Growing up on a ranch in Texas, having horses & competing is a love she has never been compelled to give up. People like to laugh and say, even when Anissa is not working, she’s working or competing; which she testifies as true–although she would not change a thing. Anissa has three amazing grown children; Chastity, Crissy & Kyle, along with several Cowboy grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys boating, RZR riding, and spending time with her close family.
