EDEN PRAIRIE, MN – April 24, 2019 – Today, Dealer Teamwork announced appointments of Gary Cootes and Joe Skar to new executive roles. Gary Cootes moved from Chief Operating Officer to President, and Joe Skar is now Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Cootes and Skar move into their new roles amid rapid company growth and new partnerships, including the American International Automobile Dealers Association (AIADA). With innovative new product additions to Dealer Teamwork’s award-winning patented MPOP® platform, further significant enhancements to the MPOP® are also anticipated in the coming year.
“Gary is a big reason why Dealer Teamwork is evolving from a startup company to a legitimate force in the market,” said Dealer Teamwork CEO and Co-founder, Sean Stapleton. “Between his attitude, effort and ethics, Gary was the best possible person to run the organization.”
Cootes’ previous experience includes being a commercial real estate owner, developer and advisor for over twenty-five years.

Skar will be responsible for overseeing Dealer Teamwork’s financial and company operations.
