Eric Shoutz - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
Eric comes to Dealer Teamwork with 28 years experience working with technology in the automotive and transportation industries. Eric started in the automotive industry at a local car dealership that eventually led to specializing in collision and electrical repair for an independent repair shop. After various technology training courses, Eric combined his hardware, electrical, and computer knowledge, moving to the transportation industry. There he performed customer training and installation of various GPS and remote communication equipment for commercial carriers. Later, Eric moved into a development and testing role, calling on the end user and field knowledge he gained for improving customer facing software. Now Eric is using modern technologies for test automation and reporting to help Dealer Teamwork provide the best end user experiences possible.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. They enjoy spending time at their seasonal RV site, traveling, and visiting State Parks. Eric also has a passion for new technologies, artificial intelligence, and video productions.
